Please make your summer doctor appointment now for
your PIAA sports physical. The form for the 2009-2010 school year can
not be dated before June 18th, 2009. Athletes may not play or practice
without it. 1ST LEGAL FALL SPORTS PRACTICE DATE IS
MONDAY, AUGUST 17, 2009. YOU CANNOT PRACTICE IF YOUR PHYSICAL FORM
IS NOT SUBMITTED.
